Return policy

  • All products are not refundable

  • If there is a major defect of the product itself/the wrong style of delivery, please contact us (with photos) within 2 days after receipt to arrange a refund/exchange

  • If you guess the size wrong , unsatisfactory style, color difference or artificial damage, it will not be returned

  • Cannot cancel or change after payment and confirmation of order • If the product is out of stock during the pre order period, the full payment will be refunded as soon as possible. 

  • A-Label Company Limited reserves the right of final interpretation of the return and exchange application    

 

 

Shipping

Ship within 7-14 working days after payment (Except Public holidays)

 

Notice 

  • All photos taken in kind are based on the display or lighting. There may be slight chromatic aberration
  • All sizes are measured by hand, there will be slight errors

 

退換貨政策 

  • 所有商品不設退換 
  • 如因飾物本身之重大瑕疵 / 寄送款式錯誤問題，請於收件後48小時內聯絡我們（連照片），安排退款/換貨 
  • 如因自行猜測尺碼、款式不合意、色差或人為損壞將不會退換 • 付款及確認訂單後不能取消或更改
  • 若預訂期間商品缺貨，將盡快退回全數款項 *A-Label Company Limited 將保留退貨及換貨申請之最終解釋權

 

 

發貨時間

  • 付款後7-14個工作天內寄出（公眾假期除外）

  • 所有照片實物拍攝 基於顯示器或燈光有所不同 可能會有輕微色差
